Scott Miller
CEO
Scott Miller is the President of Precise Food Ingredients. Born and raised in Texas, Scott’s passion for the food industry runs deep and started early, inspired by his father’s 38-year career with Campbell Soup. After earning a Marketing degree from West Virginia University, he began his career in McCormick & Company’s Management Training Program. He later earned an MBA in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas and, over the years, has worn many hats in the spice and seasoning world, eventually taking on ownership of Precise Food Ingredients in 2007. He’s proud to have built not only a company but also a culture rooted in relationships, integrity, and teamwork. When he’s not working, Scott can usually be found building something, whether it’s sales, friendships, family, or a new production line. He loves a good adventure, especially when it involves travel. Among his proudest accomplishments are being recognized among DFW’s Top 100 Places to Work, earning supplier awards from customers, and working alongside his sons every day.

Garrett Miller
VP of Sales
Garrett Miller is the Vice President of Sales at Precise Food Ingredients. Having grown up around the business, he developed an early passion for great food and strong relationships. A TCU graduate with a degree in Finance, Garrett joined Precise in 2016 and has been helping customers bring food to life ever since. His favorite Precise tradition is the weekly Friday breakfast — a time for great food, even better company, and plenty of laughs. When he’s not working, he enjoys cooking at home, golfing, and spending thyme with his family.

Tommy Miller
VP of Marketing
Tommy Miller is the Vice President of Marketing at Precise Food Ingredients. A TCU Marketing graduate, he first joined the company as a summer intern “to make a buck” and came on full time in 2019. Since then, he’s brought curiosity and energy to every project, including the now-famous annual Cup giveaway at Longhorn IFT. His favorite Precise seasoning is Mediterranean Chicken & Fish, and when he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him outside playing sports, reading, or listening to music. His guilty pleasure is Panda Express, his secret ingredient is nutmeg, and his favorite ingredient of all time is salt, obviously.
